Fill out the form
below individually for each Yelloweye or Canary released. Sorry you have to
re-enter your name and e-mail over and over, but….that’s the penalty for
catching a bunch of them.

Take a supply of the
forms with you. Fill out one form for each prohibited fish caught. (We
hope thereby to outline a specific area with lots of little dots, not
just in general indicating huge areas to avoid.) A covered clipboard
might help keep rain off. |

Name a data recorder
person if you have a party of folks. Preferably that person will also
input the data when he/she gets home. |

Save the forms in a
stack for several months. Never know when OSU or ODFW will call about a
specific input. |
To add a location where you have caught protected rockfish, please fill out
all of the information and click SUBMIT. The data will be added to the Keep Away
map.
